Mrs. P. Joseph - Director - Kindergarten/Elementary/Middle School

As the principal founding member of the school, Mrs. Joseph works as its Principal and Administrator overseeing the smooth operation of the Kindergarten, Elementary and Middle. In addition to teaching many of the classes, she is the chief liaison with parents and teachers. She takes a personal interest in each and every student, monitoring their progress as they advance through each grade level. Her commitment to children's learning has resulted  in her own children going on to achieve great academic success. Mrs. Joseph is also involved in many charitable works including a highly successful Tsunami Relief Fund for her native Sri Lanka. As of June 2007, this Fund has raised enough money for the building of ten homes in Piyagama, Kosgoda. She has also spearheaded the building of twenty-six homes and a pre-school for displaced people in Kaynthale.

Years of experience as a preschool teacher has made Mrs. De Silva the perfect partner and director for the preschool. She spends considerable time searching for interesting educational materials that incorporate the Montessori system. Because of her love of flowers, the school is full of flowers that children can enjoy and appreciate. Like Mrs. Joseph, she too is also heavily involved in charitable work.
