Mrs. P. Joseph - Director - Kindergarten/Elementary/Middle School

As the principal founding member of the school, Mrs. Joseph overseas the efficient running of the Kindergarten/Elementary/Middle. In addition to conducting many of the classes she is the chief liaison with parents and teachers. She takes a personal interest each and every student, monitoring their progress as they advance through each grade level. This commitment to teaching has also produced brilliant children of her own who have gone to great achievements. Mrs. Joseph is also involved in many charitable works including a highly successful Tsunami Relief Fund for her native Sri Lanka, which continues to operate.

Years of experience as a preschool teacher has made Ms. De Silva the perfect partner and director for the preschool section of the school. She spends considerable time searching for interesting educational materials that incorporate the Montessori system. Combing this enthusiasm with her passions dance produces some amazing costumes for her annual kids concert at the school. Because of her love of flowers, the school is full of flowers that children can enjoy and appreciate. She too is also heavily involved in charitable work, but also takes the time to help her relatives, parents, neighbors, and the community at large. But probably the best attribute she brings to the school is her kind gentle ways that many kids over the years have come to appreciate.
