Mrs. Padmini Joseph - Director - Kindergarten/Elementary/Middle School

As the founding member, Mrs. Joseph overseas the efficient running of the Kindergarten/Elementary and Middle schools. She is the chief liaison with parents and teachers. She takes a personal interest in each and every student, monitoring their progress as they advance through each grade level. Mrs. Joseph is also involved in many charitable works including a highly successful Tsunami Relief Fund for her native Sri Lanka, which continues to operate.

Ms. Kanthi De Silva - Director - Preschool

Years of experience as a preschool teacher has made Ms. De Silva the perfect partner and director for the preschool section of the school. She spends considerable time searching for interesting educational materials that incorporate the Montessori system. Combining this enthusiasm with her passion for dance, produces some amazing costumes for her annual kids programs at the school. Because of her love of flowers, the school is full of flowers that children can enjoy and appreciate. She too is also heavily involved in charitable work and the community at large. But probably the best attribute she brings to the school is her kind gentle ways that many children over the years have come to appreciate.

Ms. Sherene Abay

Academic and curriculum director, Sherene Abay has a double masters in International Education and Teaching English as a Foreign Language. She has worked in Sri Lanka, Oman and the United Kingdom, and has 12 years of experience teaching in the US. She teaches all components of writing and has produced and directed many school plays and performances. She also teaches social studies grades five through eight.

Ms. Gladys Edrada Pascua

Has a masters degree in art education and teaches art and computer studies.
